Having grown up in Dorset, Jaz Arwand will bring a mix of local knowledge and creative flair to make LEVEL8IGHT The Sky Bar Bournemouth’s number one drinking destination.
Twenty five year-old cocktail geek and gin expert Jaz, has spent years building a library of photos and specifications of drinks around the UK for his project ‘The Travelling Tender’ while also working at bars including Tickled Ivory Piano Bar in Guilford and London’s Shake, Rattle and Stir. Drawing on his expert knowledge and using the latest techniques in mixology not seen anywhere else in the region, he will deliver the most unique and exciting drinks in Bournemouth.
His most recent role was Manager at Nosh Box – a Bournemouth eatery located adjacent to the new hotel, serving tasty and affordable dishes that served the hotel team each day. His imaginative ideas and lively personality caught the attention of Hilton Bournemouth and he was quickly put forward and chosen for the head bartender role.
