The Oakwood Worldwide® Guest Mobile App is designed to enhance the guest experience from pre-arrival through departure. It is downloadable for iOs or Android devices, as well as the desktop, and provides personalized check-in information, utilizes GPS for easy directions to the properties and enables guests to submit service requests, including uploading photos, for quick resolution.
“The Oakwood Worldwide Guest Mobile App is the latest of our technology innovations allowing us to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our guests,” said Marina Lubinsky, senior vice president shared services and chief information officer, Oakwood Worldwide. “When our guests arrive in a new city, they know they can turn to our app for all of the information they need to easily reach and settle into their new corporate apartment, eliminating the need to print reservation information.”
The app, first launched in the Chicago and Dallas markets in late 2015, has expanded nationwide based on the positive feedback from guests. Additional expansion across the more than 88 countries where Oakwood Worldwide does business is expected prior to year end.
