Global Travel Newspaper Korea named Aeroflot the best foreign airline in The Republic of Korea

Moscow, 2015-1-14 — /Travel PR News/ — According to the ranking provided by the leading South Korean travel newspaper Global Travel Newspaper Korea (GTN Korea) Aeroflot has received the maximum score in 2014.

Aeroflot has overtaken such global airline leaders as Air France, KLM, British Airways, Korean Air, Emirates, Qatar Airways.

Aeroflot’s leadership in GTN ranking proves the effectiveness of the Company’s Strategy, underlining the crucial role of South-East Asia region in development plans of Aeroflot.

The survey covers the performance of both local and foreign carriers operating on the South Korean market. The key indicators of competitiveness index are: capacity growth rate, punctuality, PR-activity and airline status in the global alliance.

According to the combined ranking results Aeroflot received «AA» status and shared the first place with German Lufthansa. The highest punctuality of the Russian national Carrier and the impressive seat load index were specially noticed by the organizers.

In 2014 Aeroflot was recognized as The Best Company Of The Year according to the Russia — Korea Business Awards which is granted for the most outstanding contribution in the development of business relations between two countries.
