Four Seasons Resort Marrakech Spices It Up with Pop Up Restaurants

Buena Vista Club debuts, popular Bombay Cut returns for limited time only this December

Marrakech, Morocco – 2012-10-22 — /travelprnews.com/ — At Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, the culinary team is spicing things up with surprise pop up restaurants showcasing new themes and cuisines on a regular basis.

“In September, we debuted Bombay Cut, a gourmet Indian experience led by our own Chef Amit Kamath,” recounts Tiago Castro, the Resort’s director of food and beverage. “Our guests enjoyed the pop up so much that we have been inspired to explore new cuisines, beginning with the Cuban-themed Buena Vista Club in December.”

Bombay Cut showcased a “Marrakchi” experience at the Resort’s Azzera pool, decorated with the rich colours and textures of India. Chef Amit, who was previously in the kitchen at Four Seasons properties in Mumbai, the Maldives and Jackson Hole in the US, presented his interpretations of Indian dishes, with a special focus on exotic and unusual ingredients not usually tasted in Morocco.

Thanks to its overwhelming initial success, Bombay Cut will return from December 4 to 8, 2012.

Popping up for the first time at Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech, Buena Vista Club will welcome guests December 18 to 22, and again from December 25 to 29.

Castro conceive the pop up restaurant idea as a way to offer guests new and exciting dining experiences featuring creative menus from the Resort’s chefs, presented in unusual settings around the 16 hectare (40 acre) property.
