(NEWS) KAPOLEI, Hawaii, United States, 2026-Sep-09 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is taking an established local arts partnership into the dining room this fall, with Ballet Hawaii set to perform at the resort’s signature Italian restaurant during a one-night benefit dinner on October 3, 2026.
The Evening of Flavor and Dance at Noe will combine a five-course prix fixe menu with four original ballet performances staged between courses. Seating begins at 5:00 p.m., and the experience is priced at USD 400 per person.
Rather than placing dance on a separate stage before or after dinner, the resort is integrating the performances into the meal itself. Four Seasons says the choreography has been created to reflect the mood and character of the food, turning the restaurant setting into part of the performance as the evening moves from seafood and pasta to filet mignon and dessert.
The format expands a collaboration already familiar to guests of the Ko Olina resort. Four Seasons and Ballet Hawaii have previously worked together on holiday programming in which dancers appear in progressive performances around the property. General Manager Jason de Vries said the October dinner offers another way to bring the resort’s culinary and cultural programming together.
Five courses paired with four performances
The menu opens with Hokkaido uni toast served with milk bread, umami brown butter, cremosa ricotta, finger limes and chive oil, paired with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut. Ahi carpaccio follows, combining smoked ahi tuna with charred hearts of palm, sea asparagus salsa verde, Taggiasca olives, caper berries and Ho Farms radishes, alongside Domaine Fontsainte “Gris de Gris” Corbières from Languedoc.
The third course pairs Maldera buffalo mozzarella and mezzaluna ravioli with artichokes, lion’s mane mushroom, 36-month white cow Modenese and black winter truffle, accompanied by Louis Jadot Meursault. The main course is a porcini-crusted Snake River Farms filet mignon with delicata squash, Kupu Farms micro cress, kabocha squash purée, porcini, foie gras emulsion and Marsala veal jus, matched with Col d’Orcia Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.
Dessert is pavlova with whipped La’ie vanilla panna cotta, roasted strawberries, lilikoi curd and white chocolate dust, paired with Saracco Moscato d’Asti. Four Seasons says Ballet Hawaii dancers will deliver four bespoke performances over the course of the evening rather than a single uninterrupted recital.
A benefit for Ballet Hawaii
The dinner also has a fundraising role. Four Seasons says a portion of proceeds will support Ballet Hawaii, while Ballet Hawaii’s own event listing says half of the evening’s proceeds will be donated back to the organization.
Richard Vida, executive director of Ballet Hawaii, described the collaboration as a meeting point between movement, flavor, beauty and imagination. The organization combines professional performance activity with dance education and youth opportunities across Hawaii, and says its work in the state spans 50 years.
For guests, the format brings a cultural performance directly into the resort dining experience while connecting the property’s culinary program with a Hawaii-based performing arts organization. Noe’s event page confirms the October 3 date and 5:00 p.m. start time. Reservations are limited and can be made through Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina; the resort also lists (808) 679-0079 for event enquiries.
