Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver receives Five-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide for the third year in a row

Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver will host the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide Awards Ceremony on April 13 – the first time it has been held outside the US in its 58-year history

Vancouver, Canada, 2016-Mar-01 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver is seeing stars for the third year in a row. The 58th annual Forbes Travel GuideFive-Star awards  were announced with top picks for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas, and Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver is once again the recipient of the highly respected Five-Star rating.

Equally exciting is the Hotel’s selection as host venue for this year’s awards ceremony; this is the first time the prestigious Five-Star Award Winners Ceremony will be held beyond America’s borders.

The Hotel and destination were hand-selected by Forbes Travel Guide CEO Gerard J. Inzerillo and his team, to showcase the “anticipatory, committed and gracious hospitality that Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver has repeatedly demonstrated for so many years,” and is considered a true honour.

As one of only six Canadian hotels to achieve the coveted Five-Star rating, the team at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver is honoured to stand among the best of the best. “We couldn’t ask for better recognition than to receive our Forbes Five Star Award at our own property,” says Martin Sinclair, General Manager of the Hotel. “This is the highest praise possible in the hotel industry and I am so proud of the extraordinary level of service our team offers our guests on a daily basis.”

The importance of high-quality service at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is attributed to Founder and ChairmanIsadore Sharp, who mused that the service provided by a hotel is the single principle that transcends time, geography, religion and culture to create a successful relationship with guests.

Hotels that capture a fifth Star are distinguished above all else by unmatched service, a quality consistently on display at Four Seasons hotels and resorts. To achieve Five-Star status, hotels must “provide a memorable experience through virtually flawless service and the finest of amenities” and delivery of “service that is intuitive, engaging and passionate, and eagerly goes beyond expectations.”
