After a successful tenure, he left in 2017 but rejoined the brand in 2023 as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Kuwait, quickly earning a promotion to Executive Chef at Four Seasons Silicon Valley.

With a background rooted in high-profile leadership roles at The Michelangelo Hotel in Johannesburg, the One&Only Hotel in Cape Town, and The President Hotel, Chef Swart’s career reflects a blend of innovation and quality. He also honed his skills as an in-flight chef with Etihad Airways, further broadening his global culinary perspective. His leadership is shaped by a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and an unwavering focus on the quality of each dish.

In addition to his professional achievements, Chef Swart has been an active mentor and represented South Africa in prestigious culinary competitions such as the IKA Culinary Olympics (2012) and the Dubai Culinary Championships (2013).
