2012-09-12 — /travelprnews.com/ — The newly announced guest room renovation at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas will include the addition of two spacious hospitality suites that feature a sleek and modern design palette, premium electronics package and innovative, user-friendly technology. The renovation is slated to be complete by December 17, 2012.

Built for business and ideal for groups up to 50, the spacious, 1,900 square foot (175 square metre) Sierra and Mojave Suites are a stylish alternative to the traditional boardroom set up, offering various options for meeting and entertaining. Centrally located near the elevators on the 38th and 39th floors, highlights include natural lighting and sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley and the surrounding desert landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows.

“Our luxurious new hospitality suites cater to the diverse needs of discerning group guests with the sophistication, functionality and service they expect from Four Seasons,” says Mark Hellrung, general manager. “In true Las Vegas style, the vibrant design scheme, combined with superior technology and electronics make these suites ideal for work and play.”

Group guests will appreciate the suites’ flexibility when planning myriad events, including board meetings, retreats, social gatherings, receptions and product presentations. A conference table is ideal for a traditional boardroom set-up but easily transitions into a table for formal dinners, working lunches or product showcases. Meanwhile, multiple banquettes and other comfortable seating areas provide intimate spaces for conversation. A central, built-in bar is perfect for entertaining and tables are placed throughout for dining. The hospitality suites are serviced by Four Seasons stellar chefs and banquet team.

Guests will also stay connected with a faster, 100 mb high-speed internet access and four 55-inch Samsung LED flat screen televisions throughout, each with its own multi-media hub for media viewing and recharging devices as well as the enjoyment of music, films, entertainment and games. Hard wired and wireless internet connectivity options are available for an unlimited number of devices and with no bandwidth throttling. Additionally, Four Seasons highly qualified, full-time, on site IT professionals are available to provide assistance if needed.

The new hospitality suites at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas are part of a larger renovation of the luxury Hotel’s 424 guest rooms and suites. With bold colours, quality constructed furnishings and innovative, user-friendly technology, the modern design echoes the city’s excitement and vibrancy. Highly polished ribbon mahogany and cream lacquer finishes express intensity and drama while silver leaf and nail head accents add further visual interest. High-contrast, polished materials reflect the glittering lights of the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Meanwhile, eclectic, unconventional colour pairings brilliantly compliment large pieces of modern art.

The non-gaming Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas offers a private, distraction-free environment for banquets, private receptions or board meetings in Las Vegas for nine to 900 people. The Hotel offers flexible and private spaces while experienced Four Seasons staff help plan every detail with confidence and style. The Hotel is also home to a Forbes Five Star Spa, Verandah restaurant and Charlie Palmer Steak.
