Drawing on his German heritage and decades of experience withFour Seasons hotels and resorts around the world, each three hour class will feature Chef Oliver demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques and at-home entertaining tips along with a sampling of the featured food and drink pairings. With three distinct classes to choose from, guests can really expand their culinary repertoire, from perfecting grilling techniques in time for tailgating season and learning how to create authentic German recipes in honour of Oktoberfest, to mastering the art of roasting a turkey and preparing other holiday classics friends and family will be most thankful for come November. The classes are a great opportunity to learn more about cooking, connect with fellow gourmands, or even purchase as a gift for a foodie friend.

Graduates of Chef’s culinary classes will receive a specially embroidered Four Seasons “Today I am the Chef!” apron and recipe booklet to take home. The classes are limited to 12 guests, and the cost to attend each class is USD 60.00 per person.

Can’t make it to Munich for the world’s largest beer festival? Don’t despair, Chef Oliver, a German native and Oktoberfest feinschmecker,is helping guests and locals get into the spirit of the Bavarian brew-fest with an Oktoberfest-themed cooking class and celebration of the international event. Donning his best lederhosen, Chef Oliver will provide hands-on instruction of authentic German recipes to recreate at home. Learn how to make schnitzel, German potato salad, and bratwurst (in beer!), all while sipping on a stein or two of Bavarian beer. Prost!
