KINGS ISLAND, Ohio, 2012-08-07 — /travelprnews.com/ — There will be Dragonflies having lots of fun Monday, August 6 on the more than 100 world-class rides and attractions at Kings Island.
What exactly are these Dragonflies you wonder? The Dragonflies that will be smiling, laughing, riding and playing at Kings Island are children and young adults with cancer and blood diseases that are currently being treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
The Dragonfly Foundation is a non-profit 501 c3 organization based in Mason, Ohio that provides toys, arts and crafts, games, entertainment outings and celebrity visits to children and their families and caregivers that serve to ease the burden and significant challenges that each patient and their family faces as they go through chemotherapy and treatment.

Kings Island is celebrating its 40th anniversary season. The 364-acre amusement and waterpark is open daily through August 26.
