To ensure passengers receive the latest flight status updates via SMS or e-mail, they are advised to update contact details in Manage My Booking at the airline’s website.
The airline will waive re-booking charges for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on or before 7 August for travel on Dragonair to, from or via Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo between 7 and 8 August.
