Deutsche Hospitality again achieves “highest level of innovation” accolade in the WELT and ServiceValue Awards

Deutsche Hospitality emerges as the No. 1 innovator in its sector in the WELT and ServiceValue Awards

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 2021-Feb-19 — /Travel PR News/ — Deutsche Hospitality has created a further branch benchmark by securing a third successive first place in the annual “Innovation” study carried out by the news channel WELT. In 2021, Deutsche Hospitality has once again become the only German hotel company to achieve a “highest level of innovation” accolade.

“This study comes at a time when we have embraced the vision of advancing to a status as one of the three leading hotel companies in Europe,” said Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality. “We see this award as a real recognition and as an incentive to keep pursuing the route we have gone down and to continue to place the emphasis on our guests and customers in future. A company can only be as innovative as its employees. ‘Germany’s most innovative hotel chain’ is a badge of honour for the whole of the DHfamily.”

Only last week, Deutsche Hospitality reached a further milestone in its new MICE and meetings culture concept by showcasing a new range of broadcasting studios.

The assessment of the innovative strength of 2,337 German companies from 177 sectors was based on 220,000 evaluations by managers obtained by WELT, Germany’s leading news channel, in cooperation with the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue.
