Columbus Zoo and Aquarium to host two Seasonal Job Fairs on April 16 and May 12, 2016

WHAT:           Columbus Zoo and Aquarium will host two Seasonal Job Fairs for potential applicants to apply and interview for employment at the Zoo, Zoombezi Bay and Safari Golf Club.

WHEN:           Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m.

WHERE:         The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s Activity Pavilion

WHY:            The Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay and Safari Golf Club are currently looking for talented individuals with a desire for fun and exciting spring and summer jobs.

Open interviews will be held on Saturday, April 16 and Thursday, May 12 for the following positions: lifeguards, food and beverage, facilities, guest relations, security, customer contact, rides and more.

In addition, Zoombezi Bay is hiring lifeguards for the summer season and invites applicants to attend an open interview aptly called “swimmerview” on Saturday, April 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Worthington Natatorium. Participants must bring a swimsuit as they will need to complete the basic water skills test before they move onto the interview portion. Once hired, Zoombezi Bay offers full lifeguard certification and training at no cost to employees.
