New Year’s Eve With A Gagnaire Twist
From December 28, 2012 – January 3, 2013 world renowned Chef Pierre Gagnaire makes a special guest appearance at the Five-Star restaurant Twist at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. While Chef Gagnaire is in-house, he’ll be personally debuting his new Twist 2013 menu and creating the ultimate gastronomic New Year’s Eve feast for guests December 31, 2012.

The New Year’s Eve dinner comes in two seatings. The first seating consists of four-courses priced at USD 395 per person and the six-course second seating is priced at USD 595 per person. “Around the World” wine pairings are available for a supplement of USD 175 and USD 225 for the first and second seatings respectively and include a pairing for each course plus champagne. Sneak Preview Of Chef Gagnaire’s New 2013 Twist Menu
Those who can’t make it to Twist’s New Years Eve dinner may join Chef Gagnaire for a preview of his new 2013 Twist menu December 28 – 30, 2012 and January 2 – 3, 2013.  The three-course preview menu is priced at USD 110 per person and the six-course menu is priced at USD 195 per person. A la carte options are also available. “Around the World,” wine pairings are a supplemental USD 80 and USD 125 per person for three- and six-course menus respectively.  There is also a “Grand Pairing” option with the six-course menu for USD 200 per person that focuses on older vintages or vanguard producers who are world renowned for their region or style.
