Antarctica Comes to Central Florida Through New Club Wyndham and SeaWorld Partnership

(NEWS) ORLANDO, FL, United States, 2026-Jun-10 — /Travel PR News/ — As competition for family travellers intensifies, hospitality brands are looking beyond traditional accommodations to create more immersive holiday experiences. A recent partnership between Club Wyndham and SeaWorld Orlando brought that trend to life through a themed suite inspired by Antarctica and one of the park’s newest attractions.

One such collaboration saw Club Wyndham partner with SeaWorld Orlando to launch a limited-time Antarctic-themed suite at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. Inspired by SeaWorld Orlando’s Antarctica Realm and the debut of the Penguin Trek family launch coaster, the experience transformed a standard resort suite into an immersive environment themed around the polar region.

according to a press announcement published on Wyndham Destinations, the one-bedroom suite featured Antarctic-inspired décor, including ice-themed design elements, snow projections, themed games and oversized penguin displays. The concept was created to complement SeaWorld Orlando’s broader anniversary celebrations and provide guests with a themed accommodation option connected to the park experience.

Each booking included a package of SeaWorld benefits, including park admission, reserved seating, dining privileges, a Penguin Encounter experience, parking, attraction access benefits and photography passes. A portion of revenue from the themed suite was also directed to the SeaWorld Conservation Fund, supporting wildlife conservation and ecosystem protection projects worldwide.

The initiative reflected a growing trend in family tourism, where themed accommodations are increasingly used to enhance destination experiences and create stronger links between attractions and nearby resorts. By extending storytelling beyond the theme park itself, operators are seeking to create more immersive and memorable holidays for visitors.

The project also highlighted SeaWorld’s continuing focus on conservation messaging. Through the SeaWorld Conservation Fund, the organisation has provided more than USD 20 million in grants supporting marine and terrestrial conservation projects around the world, alongside its wildlife rescue and rehabilitation programmes.

For Club Wyndham, the themed suite formed part of a broader strategy of creating unique experiential stays designed to differentiate traditional vacation ownership and resort accommodation offerings in competitive leisure travel markets.
