The epicurean evening at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay will begin with a sunset cocktail reception, accompanied with a Rindikperformance by the Resort’s pool from 6:30 to 7:00 pm while the sumptuous multi-course wine-paired dinner follows after at the charming Taman Wantilan restaurant, which sits above an expansive shoreline with panoramic views of Jimbaran Bay. Australian native Executive Chef Greg Bunt will present an exquisite four-course degustation menu including melting salmon with tahini yoghurt, wagyu beef carpaccio, lamb loin, and chocolate cake with berry kulfi, which will be complimented by an inviting and plush pairing of Napa Valley and Alexander Valley Silver Oak wines .

At Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, the evening will commence with cocktails and canapés, accompanied with the rhythm of theRindik players, at the quaint Lily Pond from 7:00 to 7:30 pm. A four-course delectable and unique fare from the Resort’s Executive Chef Denny Frederick will then be presented at the picturesque Ayung Terrace above the lush jungle gorges on the Sayan Ridge, featuring premium and exotic Indonesian cuisine of i kan kerapu (trio seabream fish, steamed in banana leaf), sop bebek (duck soup), sapi panggang(grilled tenderloin of beef), and a selection of cheeses and Indonesian sweets. Guests’ dining experience will be elevated with aKeroncong music performance.

Wines featured at both dinners will include Sauvignon Blanc Twomey Cellar Napa Valley 2011, Cabernet Sauvignon Silver Oak Napa Valley 2007, Cabernet Sauvignon Silver Oak Alexander Valley 2007 and Merlot Twomey Cellar Napa Valley 2007.
