  • High quality cleaning services extended to all aircraft visiting Al Bateen Executive Airport

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 2012-10-17 — /travelprnews.com/ — DhabiJet, the Food & Beverage Operations service provider at Al Bateen Executive Airport, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Falcon Aviation Services (FAS) for the provision of high end cleaning services to all aircraft visiting Al Bateen Executive Airport in Abu Dhabi.

Based and operating from the only executive airport in the Middle East, FAS originally offered its dedicated cleaning facility to its own aircraft only, but by signing this MOU with DhabiJet, all aircraft can now take advantage of the world class services of FAS when stopping at Al Bateen Executive Airport.

Nasser Jumaa, General Manager of Al Bateen Executive Airport, commented on the announcement: “Al Bateen Executive Airport is committed to delivering convenient solutions to its customers backed by one of its strongest partners in aviation services, FAS. With the signing of this MOU, DhabiJet further strengthens its offerings and supports ADAC’s commitment towards developing and expanding the business aviation industry in the region. The new services will benefit all international and regional customers, and with the 2012 Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix coming up in November, Al Bateen Executive Airport looks forward to welcoming travellers to the only dedicated business aviation airport in the Middle East.”

AJ Baker, VP Commercial Business at FAS, added: “FAS enjoys a long term and established partnership with Al Bateen Executive Airport that is aimed at fostering growth and providing best in class services for customers. The company is committed to delivering the highest level of aviation services and establishing benchmark standards in terms of safety, quality and customer service. As FAS’s main operation is based in Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen Executive Airport provides opulent executive facilities and services that FAS is delighted to support through the signing of this agreement.”

The new dedicated aircraft cleaning facility at FAS can accommodate aircraft up to and including a BBJ. The undercover facility incorporates a full environmentally approved drainage system, four point pressure washing lines and a 20m Boom Lift that is fully plumbed to allow easy access to the tops of fuselages and the vertical stabilizer.   FAS use environmentally friendly cleaning products and have dedicated team, of three individuals each, that can complete a full exterior wash of a large jet (i.e. G450) in approximately two hours. Additional services such as undercarriage detail, brightwork polishing, full interior cleaning, etc., are also available, making the new facility a true one stop aircraft cleaning centre.
