WIZZ AIR ANNOUNCES 6TH ROMANIAN AIRPORT: CRAIOVA

CRAIOVA GETS LOW-FARES TO/FROM MILAN

2012-11-03 — /travelprnews.com/ — Wizz Air, the largest low-cost, low-fare airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announced it will start flying from Craiova to/from Milan Bergamo from 20th May 2013. Wizz Air’s newest Romanian low-fare route, which initially will operate twice weekly (Mondays and Friday), will carry over 30,000 passengers per year and support 30 local jobs.

Wizz Air is renowned for growing tourism between Romania and the rest of Europe since 2006 and its low fares support traffic growth and jobs at airports providing low cost facilities. Craiova airport is the latest addition to Wizz Air’s network of now 82 airports across 29 countries.

Wizz Air’s new Craiova route, announced today, will soon go on sale on wizzair.com with fares starting just from RON72.
