Volaris Airlines starts service between Chicago Midway International Airport and Queretaro Intercontinental Airport in Mexico on May 19, 2017

CHICAGO, 2017-Mar-06 — /Travel PR News/ — Great news for Midway travelers! Volaris Airlines will begin a new international route between Chicago Midway International Airport and Queretaro Intercontinental Airport (QRO) in Mexico with twice-weekly service starting on May 19, 2017. This is a brand new destination served from Chicago.

Evans, Commissioner, Chicago Department of Aviation. “I want to thank Volaris Airlines its commitment to our airports and for continuing to add service from Chicago to exciting destinations in Mexico.”

The service will operate twice per week on Fridays and Sundays with the following schedule:

Depart            QRO      5.27 p.m.

Arrive              MDW     9.10 p.m.

Depart            MDW   12.20 p.m.

Arrive              QRO      4.42 p.m.

Volaris Airlines operates at both O’Hare and Midway International Airports, and will offer nonstop service from Chicago to eight destinations in Mexico with the addition of the Querétaro service. Volaris started service at Midway in 2010 with daily service to Guadalajara.
