What:
The sixth annual Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl St. Petersburg is set for Mon., Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. ET and will be televised nationally on ESPN live from Tropicana Field. The game will feature the East Carolina Pirates from Conference USA and the Ohio University Bobcats from the Mid-American Conference. As the Official Beach Resort of the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl St. Petersburg, TradeWinds is offering fun-filled days on the beach leading up to the game for the competing teams, their family and friends, and of course, the fans.
When:
Saturday, Dec. 21 – Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 – schedule is as follows:
All events are open to the public.
Saturday, December 21 – Team Beach Bash – 3:30-6 p.m.
Fans can watch their favorite team members participate in fun competitions such as the belly flop and talent contests.
Sunday, December 22 –Battle of the Bands Pep Rally – 2:30-5 p.m.
Team bands go head-to-head in the sand playing their favorite tunes and
participating in an eating contest sponsored by Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. This fun-
filled day also includes a cheerleader tug o’ war and a tailgate cookout right on the beach.
Monday, December 23 – Game Day
East Carolina and Ohio kick off at Tropicana Field at 2 p.m. Transportation to the game is available for $10 per person, round-trip.

Cost:
Admission is complimentary to the TradeWinds events. Food and beverage tickets will be available for purchase at the Battle of the Bands pep rally. Various resort amenities and activities will also be available for a fee including the High Tide Slide, tennis, mini-golf, paddleboats, parasailing, wave runner rental, banana boat and a dolphin cruise.
Parking:
Event parking during the events will be available at both TradeWinds properties – the Island Grand and the Guy Harvey Outpost – for a cost of $10.
