First in branch and overall winner in Germany’s most extensive service ranking system
Frankfurt, Germany, 2015-10-26 — /Travel PR News/ — The Frankfurt-based hotel chain Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts has won a prestigious “Service Champion Award” for the fourth time in succession and has also achieved the title of best in branch in the Premium Hotels category. Overall victory was secured in a competition that involved more than 2,000 companies in over 200 branches.
Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts is the undisputed number one amongst German Service Champions. Having achieved top position in 2012, 2015 has once again seen the company defend its title.
Service Champions is an initiative launched by the Cologne-based analysis company ServiceValue GmbH in conjunction with the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main and the newspaper DIE WELT. Every year, it evaluates companies across various branches from a customer point of view.
“We are very proud to celebrate yet another overall Service Champion victory,” said Puneet Chhatwal, CEO of Steigenberger Hotels AG. “This success is largely down to our staff, who do their utmost every single day to provide the very highest level of guest satisfaction. They embody the spirit of service and our corporate philosophy in the hotels.”
