Schiphol, The Netherlands, 2017-Apr-19 — /Travel PR News/ — On Thursday 13 April Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is opening a new car rental centre at Schiphol Plaza. All car rental companies that operate at Schiphol now have their service desks here, where travellers can collect their rental contracts, make reservations and arrange additional services.
The unveiling of the new car rental centre is just one of the ways in which Schiphol is working with business partners to continue developing the airport as an efficient and sustainable multimodal transport hub and a dynamic and inspiring environment where travellers from all corners of the globe feel welcome. A quality rental car product plays a key part in Schiphol’s accessibility. The airport’s car rental services are used primarily by international visitors, including both business travellers and holidaymakers.
Five worldwide car rental companies operate at Schiphol: Avis/Budget, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt. All five now all have their own premises at the new Schiphol Plaza car rental centre.
