Cabo’s legendary resort unveils new deluxe beach cabanas, multi-million dollar spa renovation and numerous refreshed amenities in honor of its anniversary

Las Ventanas’ iconic oceanfront location has been further perfected with the debut of three new deluxe luxury Beach Cabanas. The only beachside cabanas in Mexico to feature private plunge pools and Jacuzzis, they allow up to four guests to relax and enjoy the resort’s spectacular views as a private butler offers refreshing welcome drinks, iPads and iPods, Evian spray and sunscreen as well as full food and beverage service. Las Ventanas’ signature Beach Cinema experience can be arranged in the Cabanas for the ultimate dine-and-dive-in private theater. Each Cabana is also equipped with a lounge deck and seating with flexible shading and foot bath, and can be reserved by hotel guests for a full day, half-day or just an evening.
In addition to the Beach Cabanas, Las Ventanas has completed several property refreshements including a renovation of the Sea Grill. The beachside restaurant now features a “Marisqueria” raw bar and demo kitchen, providing one-on-one interaction with the resort’s chefs. Known for its spectacular pool, Las Ventanas also made significant enhancements to the entire pool deck, making this celebrated amenity even more remarkable.

The Spa at Las Ventanas underwent a dramatic redesign in late 2011 to now offer a tranquil indoor/outdoor setting with new couples suites, a high-tech salon and new Four Elements treatment menu inspired by the ancient healers of Baja. In April 2012, The Restaurant introduced an inspired new regionally-derived Mexican menu, again reinventing the food narrative of Baja cuisine. A departure from traditional “Baja-Mediterranean” cuisine, a term it coined nearly 15 years ago, the new menu is based on Mexico’s culinary traditions, with ingredients and techniques that reflect the country’s history, customs and eating habits.
