HMSHost opens Berry Field Bistro at Nashville International Airport

NASHVILLE, TN, 2016-May-27 — /Travel PR News/ — Fresh, local, sustainable food was celebrated today at Nashville International Airport at the grand opening of Berry Field Bistro, a new restaurant by global restaurateur HMSHost. This new restaurant brings a unique opportunity for travelers  to enjoy the wholesome quality of Tennessee products, right in the airport’s Concourse C near Gate C2.

“It is a great pleasure to be celebrating the opening of Berry Field Bistro with our valued partner the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority,” said HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Kent Vanden Oever. “Berry Field Bistro is a truly unique restaurant that respects the region and delivers an authentic and exciting taste of Tennessee to guests.”

Dishes are made with “Pick Tennessee” ingredients when available as Berry Field Bistro is rooted in the belief that the best meals are crafted from fresh local food and natural ingredients. Local ingredient suppliers include farms such as Rainbow Hill Farm and Delvin Farms. Travelers can also enjoy local products from companies like, Nashville Chocolate & Nut Co., Nashville Roast Coffee,Southern Belle Biscuits, and Kijiji Coffee.

The menu highlights the hard work and dedication of local famers and artisans and ingredients are carefully sourced at the peak of freshness. The menu also features a boulangerie (bakery) section, a charcuterie & fromage section, as well as freshly squeezed and mixed juices.
