Sensory awakening begins with soothing couples’ spa treatments in a Private Couples Only Spa Suite located in the Hotel’s luxurious 10,000 square foot (948 square metre) zen playground. A haven of tranquility, the Private Couples Spa Suite consists of a couple’s treatment room, indulgent soaking tub, heat experience shower, and private spa amenities. Post treatment, therapists will leave lovers with a selection of spa bath salts, oils, and music to create their own private spa experience to share together.
To wind down the evening, guests will be presented with a DIT (do-it-together) turndown dessert amenity to create their own seductively sweet treats before bedtime. The DIT amenity experience features the classic romantic dessert of chocolate covered strawberries, with a twist: an assortment of sauces and accoutrements to pair and taste together.
The taste testing adventure doesn’t end there. The following morning, couples will relax over coffee and pastries at LAMILL COFFEE, the Hotel’s specialty café, while listening to a brief discussion from highly trained baristas on pairing coffee and teas with food. Coffee beans, much like wine grapes, are each unique in character and can distinctly alter the flavour of a dish if paired correctly (or incorrectly). The LAMILL team will leave a variety of coffee, tea and breakfast options for guests to sample and savour, and ultimately find their favourite combination for the most enjoyable dining experience.
