In this event, cellar master Caroline Latrive guides guests through the history and inspiration of AYALA Champagnes including newly-launched AYALA Rosé N°8. An exclusive nine-course dinner is designed and crafted by Hiroyuki Asano, Head Chef of MOTIF RESTAURANT & BAR to perfectly match to the refined flavours of AYALA Champagnes.
